This past week, I took the girls to the Aldridge Gardens in Hoover. A beautiful place to spend a spring-like day. We set out to complete the Birmingham News - "Itty Bitty Magic City Scavenger Hunt" which was no easy feat I must tell you!
But, it was a lot of fun, counted as a day of school - their gardens are amazing (!) - and I got some great photos of my girls. We saw several other homeschool families enjoying the same thing, along with a few older couples, and one small school group. If you haven't taken your family there, GO! Admission is free.
